Toronto Argonauts at Winnipeg Blue Bombers

The Toronto Argonauts enter Winnipeg having already secured a playoff berth and home playoff date after defeating Edmonton 24–19 in Week 16.
Toronto is 8–6 and has won three straight.
Chad Kelly has been on an impressive run, throwing for 1,135 yards and seven touchdowns over his last three games.
Toronto’s passing attack leads the CFL at 359.1 yards per game, but the Argos have struggled to establish the run, averaging only 76.1 rushing yards.
Winnipeg is 7–6 and returns from its bye week. The major storyline is the quarterback position, with Zach Collaros dealing with a head injury. Dru Brown defeated Toronto earlier this season, while Winnipeg has won seven of the teams’ last eight meetings.
Key matchup: Toronto’s No. 1 passing attack against Winnipeg’s league-leading pass defense.
Saskatchewan Roughriders at BC Lions

This is one of the biggest games of the week in the West.
Saskatchewan enters at 8–5, while BC sits at 7–6. The Roughriders can clinch a playoff berth if Winnipeg loses to Toronto and Calgary loses to Ottawa.
The Lions bring the league’s top total offense at 427.7 yards per game and the CFL’s best rushing attack at 121.3 yards per game. Saskatchewan counters with the league’s second-best scoring defense and the CFL’s second-best run defense.
Key matchup: BC’s explosive offense versus Saskatchewan’s physical defense.

Calgary Stampeders at Ottawa REDBLACKS
3:00 p.m. ET — TSN, CTV, RDS2, Crave, CFL+, SiriusXM
The Calgary Stampeders arrive in Ottawa at 6–8 after an incredible 40–38 victory over the REDBLACKS last week.
Vernon Adams Jr. threw for 357 yards in that game, while René Paredes won it with a CFL-record-setting moment: his 62-yard field goal was the longest walk-off field goal in league history.
Ottawa remains 0–13, but the REDBLACKS came within one kick of their first victory last week.
McLeod Bethel-Thompson threw five touchdown passes in the loss and will be looking to duplicate that offensive production.
Calgary’s playoff hopes make this a critical game.
Key matchup: Calgary’s rushing attack against an Ottawa defense allowing 459.8 yards per game.
Hamilton Tiger-Cats at Edmonton Elks
7:00 p.m. ET — TSN, RDS, CBSSN, CFL+
Hamilton faces an enormous challenge against the West-leading Edmonton Elks.
Edmonton is 10–4, while Hamilton is 4–10. The Ticats are facing playoff elimination this week if they lose and Calgary defeats Ottawa.
A Winnipeg win combined with a BC win and Hamilton loss would also eliminate Hamilton and confirm the crossover.
Hamilton quarterback Harrison Frost threw for career highs of 330 yards and three touchdowns last week, while Kurleigh Gittens Jr. has produced 16 catches, 166 yards and three touchdowns over his last two games.
Edmonton has been especially strong in the turnover department, with a league-best +18 turnover ratio. The Elks also rank second in the CFL in big plays with 45.
Key matchup: Hamilton’s passing game against Edmonton’s ability to create turnovers and explosive plays.
