WWE Raw delivered its final major stop before Money in the Bank, with Roman Reigns and LA Knight going face-to-face, a chaotic Women’s World Championship No. 1 Contender’s Match, and several important developments heading into Saturday’s premium live event.

Roman Reigns and LA Knight Set the Tone

The show opened with Roman Reigns arriving in St. Louis and briefly meeting Jimmy and Jey Uso before LA Knight made his way to the ring.

Knight focused on his upcoming World Heavyweight Championship match against Reigns, while Reigns insisted that Knight still had no chance of defeating him despite the chaos surrounding The Bloodline.

Reigns declared himself WWE’s only true superstar and demanded that St. Louis acknowledge him.

Knight refused to back down.

He called Reigns a manufactured corporate figure and promised to drop him on his head and leave Money in the Bank as World Heavyweight Champion.

The intense confrontation provided exactly the final promotional spark WWE needed before their championship showdown.

Penta & Je’Von Evans Defeat The Vision

Penta & Je’Von Evans def. Bron Breakker & Austin Theory

The World Tag Team Champions put their titles on the line Saturday in the Money in the Bank ladder match environment, but tonight they suffered a non-title defeat.

Logan Paul and Maxxine Dupri became factors during the match, with Paul attempting to provide brass knuckles to Theory.

Evans got to the weapon first and used it against Theory before hiding it and scoring the pinfall.

Winners: Penta & Je’Von Evans

Afterward, Bronson Reed attacked the winners. Oba Femi came to their aid, leading to another confrontation between Femi, Reed and Breakker.

Femi made it clear that his Money in the Bank opponent, Reed, has a serious problem heading into Saturday.

Judgment Day Gets the Win

Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez def. Sol Ruca & Lola Vice

The four Money in the Bank competitors battled in an energetic women’s tag match.

Ruca and Vice appeared to have momentum, but an accidental spinning backfist from Vice struck Ruca.

Perez immediately capitalized, rolling up Ruca for the three-count.

Winners: Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez

The finish also created additional tension between Ruca and Vice heading into the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Rey Fenix Defeats Ethan Page

AAA Cruiserweight Champion Rey Fenix def. Ethan Page — non-title

Fenix and Page delivered a fast-paced contest featuring plenty of lucha libre offense.

Page attempted to slow Fenix down with power moves, but Fenix repeatedly found openings. In the finish, Fenix countered Page and caught him with a sudden inside cradle for the victory.

Winner: Rey Fenix

The victory continues WWE’s effort to give the AAA Cruiserweight Championship meaningful exposure on Raw.

Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh

Defeat Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee

Rey and Dragon Lee appeared close to gaining control, but their attempt at a hot tag repeatedly broke down.

Big Cass became involved at ringside, pulling Lee away and throwing him into the crowd.

Later, as Rey attempted the 619, JD McDonagh delivered a headbutt and scored the deciding pinfall.

Winners: Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh

Big Cass continued the attack afterward, putting both Rey and Lee down before leaving the ring.

The Bloodline vs. The 946 Is Set

The ongoing war between The Bloodline and The 946 escalated further.

Adam Pearce announced that The 946 will face Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso next week on Raw.

Roman Reigns initially appeared ready to get involved, but made it clear that Solo would be teaming with the Usos instead.

The 946 — Royce Keys, Lucien Price, Bronco Nima and Jaida Parker — continued to threaten The Bloodline after their attack on Jacob Fatu last week.

Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan Ends in Chaos

Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan — Women’s World Championship No. 1 Contender’s Match

The main event was supposed to determine who would challenge Stephanie Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship at Money in the Bank.

Lynch and Morgan delivered a physical and competitive match, with both coming close to victory.

Judgment Day interference once again became a major factor. Raquel Rodriguez attempted to help Morgan, while Roxanne Perez also became involved.

Stephanie Vaquer eventually came to ringside after seeing the interference. When Becky accidentally struck Vaquer, the champion snapped and attacked both Lynch and Morgan.

The referee called for the bell.

Result: No Contest

Rather than choose between the two competitors, Vaquer demanded that she face both Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan.

Adam Pearce made it official:

Stephanie Vaquer vs. Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan

Women’s World Championship — Money in the Bank

The chaotic ending transformed what was supposed to be a singles title-contender match into a blockbuster Triple Threat championship match.

What’s Next

Raw established several major developments heading into Money in the Bank:

Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight for the World Heavyweight Championship

Stephanie Vaquer vs. Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship

Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed

Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Matches

The Bloodline’s continuing war with The 946

The 946 vs. Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso next week on Raw

Chad Gable vs. Rey Fenix is also scheduled for next week’s Raw.

Final Assessment

This was a strong Money in the Bank go-home edition of Raw. The Reigns-Knight confrontation provided the show’s biggest verbal confrontation, while the main event successfully added another layer to the Women’s World Championship picture.

The biggest takeaway is that WWE now has several major stories converging at Money in the Bank, with Reigns vs. Knight and Vaquer vs. Lynch vs. Morgan positioned as two of the night’s most important championship matches.
