The Mississauga Steelheads look to return to the winning column when they get set for a pair of back-to-back games this weekend.

Mississauga is coming off a disappointing road trip where they lost both games to the Flint Firebirds and Saginaw Spirit. It was the first time that the Steelheads lost back-to-back games this season.

Tonight, the Steelheads (10-5-0) host the Barrie Colts (7-8-0). Luke Misa is looking to continue his impressive season. He has 23 points in 15 games. Misa got three assists last weekend in a 6-5 loss to the Saginaw Spirit.

Mississauga and Barrie will be meeting for the second time this season. Barrie won the first matchup 6-1 two weeks ago.

Barrie's leader in points is Beau Jelsma. He has 16 points in 15 games this season.

Mississauga sits in third place in the Eastern Conference with 20 points.

After tonight, the Steelheads head to Owen Sound for a game tomorrow night against the Attack. For their first meeting of the season.

Centre Deni Goure leads Owen Sound. The veteran forward has 21 points this season, and he is someone Mississauga will have to be careful against.

If the Steelheads can find a way to win both games this weekend, things will look promising again this season for the young team.
