Hangman Page #1 Contender to face Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship

This week's taped episode of Rampage served as the second half of Grand Slam week, from Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York.

Epic House of Black Entrance to Open the Show

The House of Black is still going strong, even without founder Malachi Black. The show opens with House of Black vs Sting and Darby Allin. As can be predicted, this match featured some incredibly daring spots, including going through multiple tables and breathtaking stage falls.

The Great Muta Returns

Late in the match, Buddy Matthews is preparing to hit a handcuffed Sting with a raised baseball bat, when the lights suddenly go out just in time. The Great Muta returns, Sting’s greatest old rival. Muta makes his way to the ring, and it's unclear if he's here to join the assault on Sting, or worse.

However, Muta kicks Buddy and blows green mist in his face, helping Stin win. Muta and Sting embrace and the decades-long feud is settled.
