The New York Knicks defeated the Toronto Raptors 113-108 Monday night in Toronto in a scrappy contest.
Three Knicks starters scored more than 20 points: Karl-Anthony Towns led the way with 24 points and 15 rebounds. Mikal Bridges added 23 points on 9-for-14 shooting from the field, and Jalen Brunson added 20 points and 11 assists in the win.
RJ Barrett put up an impressive 30 points against his former team, while rookie Ja’Kobe Walter put up a career-high 19 points in the loss. All-Star Scottie Barnes did not finish the game due to a sprained right ankle suffered in the third quarter.
With the loss, the Raptors drop to 7-18; they finish the homestand at 2-3 as they travel to Miami to take on the Heat Thursday night.
