This Was a Heartbreaker

Toronto built an 18 point lead and looked in total control for long stretches. The crowd was into it. The offense was flowing.

Then Minnesota stormed back.

Anthony Edwards was the difference, finishing with 30 points, including 13 in the fourth quarter alone. When the game tightened, he elevated. Minnesota’s late shot making flipped the momentum.

Toronto’s offense kept pace for most of the night, but defensive breakdowns late proved costly. It was one of those games that slips away even though you feel like you did enough to win.

Losses like this are frustrating because they are preventable. Close games in the East can swing playoff positioning.

👏 Let’s Go Raptors 👏
