Shohei Ohtani Makes History, Aaron Rodgers Is Back, Joel Embiid Signs 3-Yr Extension

Not only did LA Dodgers’ Shohei Ohtani make history by becoming the first player to hit 50 home runs and steal 50 bases in a single season, but he secured this incredibly feat in a spectacular game with the Miami Marlins. Ohtani stole two bases, had three home runs, four runs scored, five-extra base hits, and 10 runs batted in. 

FOOTBALL

NY Jets quarterback Aaron Rodger’s is back. He threw for 281 yards and two touchdowns in a Thursday night win over the New England Patriots.

BASKETBALL

Joel Embiid signed a three-year $193 million contract extension with the Philadelphia 76ers. He said “Philadelphia is home. I want to be here for the rest of my career.”
