The Toronto Blue Jays had their two-game winning streak snapped Saturday afternoon, falling 11-0 to the Seattle Mariners at T-Mobile Park.

Seattle took control in the second inning with a five-run outburst. Victor Robles opened the scoring with an RBI single before Randy Arozarena crushed a grand slam to give the Mariners a commanding lead. Dominic Canzone added a two-run homer in the fifth, and Cal Raleigh capped the offensive explosion with a three-run blast in the sixth.

Blue Jays starter Shane Bieber struggled in his outing, allowing seven runs over 4⅓ innings while Seattle’s lineup capitalized on nearly every scoring opportunity. Logan Gilbert was dominant for the Mariners, carrying a one-hit shutout into the eighth inning and striking out seven batters.

Toronto’s offense never found its rhythm, managing just one hit all afternoon. Yohendrick Piñango recorded the Blue Jays’ lone hit with a two-out single in the fifth inning as Gilbert and the Seattle pitching staff silenced the Toronto lineup.

Despite the lopsided loss, the Blue Jays still have an opportunity to win the series when they wrap up their three-game set against the Mariners on Sunday. Toronto will look to bounce back with a stronger offensive performance after being shut out for the first time in several weeks.
