Kansas City Chiefs tight end (and Taylor Swift boyfriend), Travis Kelce, will appear in Adam Sandler’s new movie, “Happy Gilmore 2”. Kelce had announced earlier this year he’d be interested in having a cameo, and Sandler is making it happen.
OLYMPICS
Team USA’s breakout star gymnast, Stephen Nedoroscik, announced he will compete in “Dancing with the Stars”. Nedoroscik won two bronze medals (one in the team finals and another for individual pommel horse-becoming the first American male to win an individual gymnastics medal in 28 years). Nedoroscik told the press, “I want to bring some flares, I want to bring some of that gymnastics. Maybe a back flip or handstand. I want to have fun with it.”
SOCCER
One of the most famous soccer stars in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo, started his own YouTube channel, and in a record 90 minutes recorded a million subscribers. The channel is called “UR Cristiano”. As of Thursday afternoon, Ronaldo surpassed 22.8 million subscribers.
