What It Means
Toronto showed character by overcoming a one-goal deficit and taking the lead in the third period.
However, the inability to protect that advantage and the failure to convert on seven power-play opportunities proved costly.
The Marlies need to improve their special-teams execution and find a way to close out tight games.
A strong third-period response, but another overtime loss leaves Toronto looking for better results in close contests.
Next Game: Toronto is scheduled to visit the Syracuse Crunch on November 13
