The fallout from Money in the Bank delivered championship drama, surprise interference and escalating faction warfare on Monday Night Raw.

Penta returned to celebrate his Money in the Bank victory, Chad Gable successfully defended the Intercontinental Championship against Rey Fenix, and Carmelo Hayes made a shocking return that changed the direction of the main event.

The October 12 edition also featured Rey Mysterio in action, Roxanne Perez scoring a major victory over Chelsea Green, and Oba Femi rejecting Paul Heyman’s recruitment pitch.

Match-by-match results

1. Rey Mysterio defeated Big Cass

Mysterio used his speed and experience to counter the much larger Cass. After Dragon Lee interfered, Mysterio connected with a 619 and secured the victory with a victory roll.

Dragon Lee’s involvement added another layer to the developing rivalry.

Winner: Rey Mysterio

2. Roxanne Perez defeated Chelsea Green — Non-title match

Green battled to keep control, but Perez connected with a Shining Wizard and eventually capitalized on distractions from Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.

Perez hit Pop Rox to earn the pinfall victory over the WWE Women’s Champion.

Winner: Roxanne Perez

3. Oba Femi rejects Paul Heyman

Following his victory over Bronson Reed at Money in the Bank, Femi refused Heyman’s attempt to recruit him into his alliance.

Femi’s decision reinforced his independence and left Heyman searching for another way to expand his influence.

Key development: Femi remains independent

4. Intercontinental Championship —

Chad Gable retained against Rey Fenix

Fenix pushed the champion with high-flying offense, a moonsault and a super hurricanrana.

Gable answered with technical wrestling and repeatedly targeted Fenix’s ankle. After reversing the challenger’s momentum, Gable locked in the Ankle Lock and forced Fenix to submit.

Winner: Chad Gable by submission

Solo Sikoa teamed with Jimmy and Jey Uso against Royce Keys, Bronco Nima and Lucien Price.

The contest descended into chaos, with Jaida Parker interfering and the action spilling around ringside.

Jey launched himself from an elevated position onto the competitors below, while Sikoa drove Keys through the announce table.

Carmelo Hayes then returned and attacked Sikoa with a crowbar before he could deliver the Samoan Spike.

Hayes aligned himself with The 946, who joined him in attacking The Bloodline.

Result: No contest
