The Brampton Steelheads made a pair of trades this morning with the London Knights.
In the first trade, the Steelheads acquired London’s 2025 seventh-round pick in exchange for Liam Spencer. Spencer played two seasons with the Steelheads, appearing in 12 career games with the club, where he registered two assists. In the 2024 season, he played in 29 games with the Strathroy Rockets, where he put up six goals and 21 assists for 27 points.
In the second trade with London, Brampton acquired a 2025 fourth-round pick and a 2028 second-round pick in exchange for London’s 2025 second-round pick that the club had.
The Steelheads have been active on the trade market following their blockbuster trade with the Kitchener Rangers, in which they acquired Carson Rehkopf.
