POSTGAME QUOTES
HEAD COACH JOHN GRUDEN
On tonight’s game:
They flipped the script on us. They’re a really good team. We know to close one out is the hardest and they got to their game early, they got that early goal and they got some life. We never recovered from that. We just seemed flat. I’m not going to look too much into it. I’ll look at a couple of things. We didn’t have our energy and at the end of the day when we’re playing our best, we’re connected as a unit. We just didn’t have it and give credit to (Laval). I know this group, it’s resilient and I’m excited for their opportunity to get them back on Saturday.
LOGAN SHAW
On tonight’s game and heading into Game 5:
They’re a good team. Obviously, we have to get back to our game plan, I think we got away from ours a little bit. You have to win three games and that’s the beauty of this sport. The opponent has a say in the outcome in the game as well but for us, we have to be a little bit better. We know we weren’t good enough tonight. We have a big game on Saturday in Laval, and I think it’s going to be a lot of fun. We have to be sure to bring our A game like we did the last couple. Enjoy it and enjoy that building and just make sure we’re ready to go.
