Michael La Sasso delivered one of the biggest surprises of the LIV Golf season, winning the LIV Golf Indianapolis finale at The Club at Chatham Hills in Westfield, Indiana. The 22-year-old rookie finished at 18-under 262, edging Jon Rahm by one stroke for his first professional victory.
La Sasso saved his best for the biggest moment. After rounds of 60, 71, 65 and 66, he birdied the final hole Sunday to move past Rahm and secure the championship. His second-round 60 was a tournament-defining performance and established him as one of the breakout players of the LIV season.
