The Toronto Maple Leafs have re-signed goaltender Matt Murray to a one-year contract with an $875K AAV.
Murray missed the entire 2023-24 season due to injury but played in three games on a conditioning stint with the Toronto Marlies.
In the 2022-23 season with the Maple Leafs, Murray went 14-8-2 with a 3.02 GAA and a save percentage of .903.
With the signing of Anthony Stolarz, it looks like Murray will be the Maple Leafs’ third-string goaltender.
