The Toronto Raptors are now 2-11 following their home loss to the Detroit Pistons Friday night, dropping to 0-2 in the NBA Cup.

Center Jakob Poeltl scored 25 points and a massive 19 rebounds in the loss; guard RJ Barrett finished with 22 points, six rebounds, and seven assists.

The Pistons now move to 2-0 in group play, the win tonight coming after their victory against Miami Tuesday. Guard Malik Beasley had a game-high 20 points in the win, while former number one overall pick Cade Cunnungham had 15 points despite only shooting 6-for-21 from the field.

It doesn’t get much easier for the Raptors, as they will travel to Boston to take on the Celtics tomorrow night.
